Orchard Road Community Outreach is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization established in 2009 and based in Stilwell, Oklahoma. The organization has developed programs ranging from housing to drug abuse prevention since its inception.
Orchard Road Community Outreach strives to provide programs of the upmost need for northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, including temporary housing for displaced families, shelter for victims of domestic violence and education to youth on the dangers of alcohol and prescription drug abuse.
Orchard Road Community Outreach programs include: Turning Point Transitional Housing, Chain Breakers Coalition of Adair County, Women's Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence and more.
Orchard Road Community Outreach is hosting its annual fundraiser golf tournament June 15 at Cherokee Springs Golf Course in Tahlequah. All proceeds from the tournament benefit ORCO programs and services, including the Turning Point Transitional Housing shelter, Chain Breakers Coalition of Adair County opioid abuse prevention program and a future shelter for victims of domestic violence. The tournament is a two-man scramble format and is limited to 50 teams. Based on number of entries, the tournament will pay 1st, 2nd and 3rd in up to four flights. Hole sponsorships are also available for $200 and include signage on a designated hole as well as acknowledgement on the ORCO Facebook page and website.
