Chain Breakers Coalition of Adair County aims to end prescription drug and alcohol abuse in youth by reaching youth before they start experimenting with the substances.
Prevention Specialist Zach Self visits with youth in the school systems and youth organizations of Adair County to educate youth on the dangers of abusing prescription drugs and alcohol.
Zach also works with local agencies, including law enforcement, businesses, schools and more, to implement strategies that will reverse trends of prescription drug and alcohol abuse in youth.
